What's going on Grandma?
Look at this adorable picture of a Mouse family! Grandma loves to hear mouse stories! My Grandma told me stories about mice when I was a little girl! Mice have families like we do! A daddy and mommy and brothers and sisters! Even grandma's! They eat and sleep! They run and play! They get to do things in a small way! Like see how they made a blanket out of a leaf! One berry is a whole meal for them! They have tiny tummies! Look at the one mouse that has his arms crossed! He is upset and wants to have what his sister has! See the two little ones on the leaf blanket? They are hungry! Open wide! Eat up little one! So cute! Mommy mouse is feeding them from the tree! Does your mommy ever climb a tree and feed you? That's funny!
I hope you liked the mouse picture! They are the Shoeshoe Family! Mama Shoeshoe and Daddy Shoeshoe (he is at work) and four baby Shoeshoes! Sissy, Missy, Lester and Prissy!

What's going on Grandma?
Cows! We love cows! I do want a cow- I agree! Look at the kitty and there is your rabbit!
And look at the birds! My favorite bird is a cardinal! They are so pretty and red!
I want these cows to be on our farm! The big cow's name is Betsy and the little one is Bill!
Little Billy is Betsy's baby! Kitty's name is Milly! What is your rabbits name?
Looks like they are getting ready for Christmas! They want to thank God for Jesus too!
Will you have snow in Braska? I think so! Real soon! That will be fun!
Look for cows for Grandma and Grandpa! Betsy and Billy have lots of family- so see if you can find some of their relatives on the way to Braska!

What's going on Grandma?
We rode horses today! Grandma and Grandpa rode nice horses today! Uncle Jesse and Uncle Jake rode horses today too! Aunt Audrey and Buddy rode horses! Aunt Amanda and Uncle Michael & cousin Trinity, they rode horses too! All of our church family rode horses! We had so much fun today! Now, we want to buy some horses! What about this horsey in the picture! Grandma wants him! His name it Clifton
that's a nice name isn't it? If we get Clifton, you can ride him when you come to see us! You will like that! I think we are going to be cowgirls and cowboys! Emma, you can wear your Jessie outfit to ride! That would be so fun!
Grandma better go give the animals some cookies! Not Mr. Hoppy Toad! He likes bugs only! Silly Mr. Hoppy Toad!

What's going on Grandma?
Meet Goldie! He is so handsome- isn't he? Uncle Jake likes him! Goldie is very small right now but he can get much bigger and then we will need to get him a bigger fish bowl! Right now he is in Grandma's kitchen bowl! A big one! But Goldie wants a nice house of his own! We will get him one real soon! I think Goldie needs a sister or brother- What do you think?
See how Goldie doesn't have any hair! Mr. Hoppy Toad will meet Goldie real soon!
We will take Goldie for a walk outside when we get his nice fish bowl.
Grandma will have to write more story later because it is time for more school work! Uncle Jesse and Uncle Jake are very smart like you are! Guess it runs in the family! :) They like to learn and take tests!
Your Uncles really like tests! They like to show me how smart they are! Do you like Mommy and Daddy to test you? You should take a test on how good you do ABC's! And 123's! How about writing your name! I bet you get an A for that!

Here is Bossy's baby picture! He is fuzzy but not the winner! Who is the winner! You pick!
I guess Boosy always had his hair spiked up! No wonder he likes everyone to wear their hair like his! He has had spiky hair since he was a baby!
Whooey Who thinks he will win!
Hector and Kevin are thinking they are getting pretty fuzzy right now because donkeys get lots of hair for winter! Hunter and Lady do too! Mr. Hoppy Toad has to stay under the ground of get by the fire place! He won't get to grow hair- he doesn't want to grow hair! He likes how God made him!
We saw Joe Joe, the black bird, take a bath today! He is so handsome! Grandpa put the dog food on the back porch so Joe Joe couldn't dunk a piece in the water- he was a little upset at Grandpa! Grandpa will move the feeder back! We like our friends to be happy!
I will show you a picture of Goldie next time! He is real nice and does splashes in the water! You will like him! Uncle Jake says he is a fun fish!
Uncle Jesse and Uncle Jake are riding bikes down to see Silver! Silver is not fuzzy so sometimes his people put a coat on him! Really! They do! He likes to wear a nice coat! That is true! Lots of horses wear coats! Daddy will tell you that is correct! Grandma is quite telling the truth!
Well I better go see Silver too!
Hector and Kevin want a cookie and they are telling me to hurry! I think they should learn how to say please! Right now they just say hee haw for everything and think I should understand them! I do!

What's going on Grandma?
Oh, no! Look how fuzzy Hunter and Lady are! Whooey Who is hooting about this! We forgot how fuzzy Hunter and Lady were! Aren't they so cute? Hunter thinks he is fuzzier than Lady! Hunter is the first one in the picture- the one with his tongue out! He is a little fuzzier, isn't he?
Now we have to get a baby picture of Bossy and see who is the winner! Mr. Hoppy Toad is so glad he wins the no hair contest! I will have to show him a picture of Uncle Jake's gold fish! Fish are hairless too! I better not tell him about Goldie, no one as met Goldie yet! Uncle Jake won him at the fair but the outside animals haven't met him yet! Shhh until after the contest! Mr. Hoppy Toad is wanting to win!

What's going on Grandma?
Oh, baby Whooey Who! Isn't he so cute!
He wanted you to see how fuzzy he was when he was a baby ! What big eyes Whooey Who has! He grew up to be a handsome owl. I wish I could have seen him when he was a little baby. Maybe someday there will be baby owls on the farm. We could go to the zoo and see if they have a baby there.
Bossy thinks he was fuzzier than Whooey Who! I told Bossy to show us a picture and we will decide who was the fuzziest baby! Who do you think it will be? I think Hector and Kevin will win.
I need to find a picture of Lady and Hunter. We already saw a picture of Baby and she was not fuzzy!
Mr. Hoppy Toad is the winner of no hair! ha He wants you to see a baby picture of him anyway!
Have you ever seen a baby toad? I bet he was cute even without hair! You didn't have much hair when you were little either and you were so cute! You still are! I miss you!
Something happen today. Silver got out of his pen and ran down here to see us. We were sitting out back in the swing and Silver came running to Hector and Kevin! Grandpa saw him jump the fence and get in with Hector and Kevin. They thought that was fun! They wouldn't talk to Silver they just sniffed him and looked at him. Whooey Who was thinking Silver should not have run away and Bossy was telling him to go home before his people come and get him. Silver should have listened to Bossy because his people were a little unhappy about him coming to our house. I told Silver that we would come and see him soon. He is a happy horse and likes to run!
Hector and Kevin started talking to him after he got back to his own house. Guess they were telling him to come back someday when he can!
Baby was trying to act like a big dog but Silver just laughed at her bark! Baby always tries to act big- remember she thinks she is a people! She is a very funny dog!
I didn't see Mr. Hoppy Toad today and Joe Joe was not taking a bath today- I miss them when they go off and do other things. Oh, well they miss me too when I go off and do other things!
Grandma better go to bed now!
